These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.discountsoftwarehub.de (the "Site") and any software products, licenses, or digital goods purchased through it ("Products"), operated by discountsoftwarehub ("we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from this Site. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products and Digital Goods
We sell software licenses and digital products. Unless otherwise stated, Products are delivered electronically, typically by email or by access to a download or activation key after your payment has been confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring your system meets any stated technical requirements before purchasing. License terms supplied by the software manufacturer apply to your use of each Product in addition to these Terms.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or deliver the Product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a Product is unavailable, where there is an error in the price or description, or where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount paid.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and, where applicable, include statutory value-added tax (VAT). Payment is due at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if a pricing error is identified we will contact you before processing the order and you may confirm or cancel it.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once performance has begun where you have given your prior express consent to immediate performance and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By downloading, activating, or otherwise accessing a digital Product before the end of the withdrawal period, you provide that consent and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal for that Product. Where the right of withdrawal still applies, you may notify us using the contact details above.
7. License and Acceptable Use
Software Products are licensed, not sold, and your use is subject to the applicable manufacturer's end-user license agreement. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or distribute any Product except as expressly permitted by that license and applicable law. Misuse of a license key may result in its deactivation without refund.
8. Warranties and Liability
Statutory warranty rights for consumers apply and are not limited by these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Products and the Site are otherwise provided "as is" and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss arising from your failure to meet stated system requirements. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you reside. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless required by law.
